因为我们学校是小学和初中同校区，年龄跨度还是很大的，五六岁到十四五岁不等。这个时候会出现很多问题，比如小学生被学长欺负，或者被撞倒受伤。我们学校有一个特殊的规定，就是大同大学如果和小同学碰撞或者打架，所有的错误都算在大同学身上。其实我觉得有一些不合理的规定，但也有可取的地方。与你意见相左的'地方在于，所有的错误都是大学生犯的，这其实是一种非常不明智的做法，因为如果是这样，小学生就可以随意欺负大学生，各种处罚被大同学校接受，好人被冤枉回去，让一些犯了错误的小学生也能受益。河里的地方是防止大学生欺负小学生，因为大学生比小学生厉害。如果小同学主动欺负大同，可以不造成太大的伤害，但是如果大同学欺负小同学，可能会造成很大的伤害。所以这个规则有利于防止大学生欺负小学生。

每个学校都有自己的校规，每个学校都有自己的合理和不合理之处。只有我们的同学不断进步，老师和领导不断吸收我们的建议，学校的规章制度才能更加完善，校园才能更加美丽。
